Buna ziua dragii mei . I-am contractat pe acesti 2 tepari de la Happy Web in anunl 2016 daca nu ma insel sa ne construiasca un site (piese-shop.ro) de piese auto. Am fost la ei la sediu sa-i cunoastem am stat mult de vorba cu acesti tepari dar nu mi s-a parut nimic suspect.

        Dupa ce am semnat contractul au inceput sa ceara in permanenta banii in avans. De aici a inceput chinul. Daca nu faceau ceva ok la site si aveam obiectii nici nu ne bagau in seama.

Intr-un final au “terminat” site-ul dar nu avea nici 20% din functionalitatile pe care le-am solicitat si am platit pentru ele.    

        I-am notificat de nenumarate ori si nimic. Am aflat ulterior ca acesti tepari copiaza/cloneaza/fura/hack-uiesc baza de date tec doc, si o folosesc fara sa aiba licenta pe ea.

    Daca ati contractat un site de piese auto cu acesti tepari aveti mare grija ca veti avea probleme cu ORDA si cu Politia Economica pentru ca fara sa stiti au folosit o baza de date Tec Doc falsificata sparta fara licenta.

    P.S. Cine a mai luat teapa de la acesti diletanti care se dau mari programatori va rog sa scriti in comentarii. Doar impreuna ii putem lasa fara clienti (viitori pagubiti) si doar impreuna ii putem baga la puscarie. Multumesc.

After I signed the contract, they started constantly asking for the money in advance. 
This is where the torment began. If they didn't do something right on the site and we 
had objections, they wouldn't even notice us.

In the end, they "finished" the site but it didn't have even 20% of the 
features I requested and I paid for them.

I have notified them countless times and nothing. I later found out that these 
herdsmen copy / clone / steal / hack the tec doc database, and use it without 
a license on it.

If you have contracted a car parts site with these herds, be very careful that 
you will have problems with ORDA and the Economic Police because without knowing it
